These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between 6cddd ("we", "us", "the Platform") and anyone using our services ("player", "user", "you"). By accessing 6cddd via our website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

6cddd is a licensed and regulated online gaming platform operating under the Curacao Gaming Authority. Our license number is displayed at the bottom of our website. 6cddd consistently upholds international gaming standards and responsible gaming principles.

6cddd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account on 6cddd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these terms and may result in account termination. Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited.

During registration, you must create a strong password. You are fully responsible for your account security. Never share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 6cddd support immediately and change your password.

KYC Verification Process

6cddd follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. We may request identity verification in the following circumstances:

• At the Time of First Withdrawal
• When a deposit or withdrawal exceeds a specified limit
• When unusual activity is detected on an account
• As part of routine security reviews

KYC typically requires a copy of your National ID, Passport, or Driving License, along with proof of address. 6cddd stores these documents securely and uses them solely for verification purposes.

6cddd's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from registering or playing. We reserve the right to verify age at any time, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.

The following individuals are also not permitted to use 6cddd's services:

• Citizens of countries where online gaming is strictly prohibited
• 6cddd employees and their family members
• Those who have previously enrolled in a Self-Exclusion program
• Individuals unable to make sound decisions due to mental incapacity

6cddd supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawal Terms

You may need to complete KYC verification before withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for deposit. However, in certain circumstances, 6cddd may authorize withdrawal via an alternative method.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes to 24 hours of the request being submitted. However, KYC verification or security reviews may require additional time. 6cddd reserves the right to place a hold on any transactions deemed suspicious.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

6cddd strictly adheres to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) policies. If a suspicious financial transaction is detected, we are obligated to notify the relevant authorities. All transactions must be funded solely from your own funds — use of third-party funds is strictly prohibited.

6cddd regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which should be read before claiming. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Every bonus carries a Wagering Requirement (typically 25×–40×)
• Not all games may contribute equally to wagering requirements when played with a bonus.
• Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires
• Each person may use a bonus only once
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same device or IP address is prohibited

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit (up to BDT 5,000). This bonus has a 35× Wagering Requirement. For example, if you receive a BDT 1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of BDT 35,000 before withdrawal. The bonus is valid for 30 days.

All games on 6cddd are powered by Certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and verified by independent labs. Each game's RTP (Return to Player) information is available within the game. We are committed to fair play and have zero tolerance for any form of manipulation.

Game Cancellation or Error

If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the following rules generally apply:

• Bets not completed due to errors are void and the bet amount is refunded
• 6cddd reserves the right to void any incorrect payouts displayed due to software errors.
• If your internet connection drops, your game state is saved and you can resume play once reconnected

In the event of a dispute involving a live dealer game, the video recording of the game shall serve as the final evidence. 6cddd records all live games and retains the footage for 30 days.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 6cddd and may result in account termination and legal action:

6cddd employs a fraud detection system that automatically identifies unusual betting patterns, multiple accounts, and suspicious activity. If fraud is confirmed, we reserve the right to forfeit winnings and report the matter to the relevant legal authorities.

6cddd may suspend or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Registration with false information
• Fraud or gaining unfair advantage
• Registering as a minor
• Opening a new account after Self-Exclusion

Before terminating an account, we generally send a notification and allow an opportunity to respond, though immediate termination may apply in cases of serious violations. Any remaining balance in a legitimately terminated account will be refunded; however, funds may be forfeited if the account is closed due to fraud.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact support or go to Account Settings and select "Close Account". Please withdraw your balance before closing. To reactivate a closed account, you will need to contact support.

6cddd is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We want all our players to enjoy gaming as entertainment, not as an addiction. To support this, we provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

Self-Exclusion is a serious decision. Once activated, it cannot be reversed before the specified period ends. If someone under Self-Exclusion attempts to open a new account, 6cddd will try to detect and close it — however, the player also bears personal responsibility in this regard. 6cddd strives to maintain the highest service standards, but certain circumstances are beyond our control. We are not liable in the following cases:

• Game losses due to your internet connection dropping
• Third-party payment system delays
• Force Majeure – natural disasters, war, government orders, etc.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact 6cddd Support first. We aim to respond within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may use our alternative dispute resolution process. For unresolved disputes, the laws of Curacao shall apply.

6cddd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Prior to significant changes, we will send notifications to registered email addresses and post announcements on the platform. The date of changes will be displayed at the top of this page.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. While the Bangla version of these Terms is primary, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict. Curacao law applies to all legal matters.
